Refund– No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the return request is not raised within 7 days of receiving the product. In case you are willing to return one product from the sale or a combo of frequently bought together, no discount will be availed. Return of a product is subject to our customer not having used the product in any way.
Products bought during sales or offers can only be exchanged and are non-refundable. No sale is available on exchange requests.
Exchange– If the blouse piece, or other attachments, have been removed from the saree, or other product/s, by the customer, it shall not be considered for exchange or return (no exceptions). Else, we accept both return & exchange.
We thrive on repeat orders of Customers and it’s our duty to take back any goods that have a manufacturing defect (Chances of which are remote, as we hand-check every product before shipping it). In the event, however, that we have overlooked the same and sent something which indeed has a manufacturing defect, we shall take the same back at no extra cost to the customer and send a fresh product, along with a small gift, as a token of apology, and appreciation of the understanding of our valued customer.
Cancel- We cancel an order before it is shipped. If the order is already shipped, then we will not accept cancellations.
